Aneesa received a specialized Honors Bachelors in Public Policy and Administration from York University and her LL.B. from the University of Windsor.

She was called to the Bar in 2001 and is currently the managing partner of Oumarally, Baboolal.

Ms. Oumarally’s practice is in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Family Law and Wills and Estates.

Aneesa has also been a sessional professor at Seneca College where she has taught law courses to future law clerks.

This dynamic, married mother of two, has also been involved with several boards over the years, most recently serving the Naparima Alumni Association of Canada, a not for profit Organization and the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario.

Aneesa has also been delivering legal and educational seminars within the community on a pro-bono basis in the area of Wills and Estates and Family Law for seven years.

Over the years, Ms. Oumarally has dedicated a portion of her practice to community service and was recognized by the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario for her commitment to the community with a presentation by Justice Juriansz of the Ontario Court of Appeal.

In her spare time Aneesa enjoys taking part in cultural activities.

 
 
 
 

Selwyn R. Baboolal graduated from the University of Toronto in 1986 with honors in psychology
and philosophy. He attended the University of Windsor and graduated in 1992 with an LLB degree
and was called to the Bar in 1994.

Mr. Baboolal is a partner in the law firm of Oumarally, Baboolal, practicing in the areas of Corporate, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law with a keen interest in medical malpractice and personal injury.

A past director of the board of Ontario Trial Lawyers for 3 years, Mr. Baboolal is also an avid supporter
of many charities and community organizations.  Selwyn is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association and past president president of Naparima
Alumni Association of Canada. Mr. Baboolal is also on the committee of the Property
and Finance committee of Patterson Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Baboolal is an avid golfer and runs a male soccer team in his spare time.
