Selwyn R. Baboolal graduated from the University of Toronto in 1986 with honors in psychology and philosophy. He attended the University of Windsor and graduated in 1992 with an LLB degree and was called to the Bar in 1994.
Mr. Baboolal is a partner in the law firm of Oumarally, Baboolal, practicing in the areas of Corporate, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law with a keen interest in medical malpractice and personal injury.
A past director of the board of Ontario Trial Lawyers for 3 years, Mr. Baboolal is also an avid supporter of many charities and community organizations. Selwyn was a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association and past president president of Naparima Alumni Association of Canada. Mr. Baboolal is also on the committee of the Property and Finance committee of Patterson Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Baboolal is an avid golfer and runs a male soccer team in his spare time.
